The poster presenters and speaker should prepare an abstract of their presentation. The abstracts will be published in a book of abstracts that will be handed out to all participants at the registration. The book of abstracts will also be made available for download after the symposium. The deadline for the abstracts is January 27th, 2012 and they should be sent to the Polymorfi journal editor-in-chief Mr. Ermei Mäkilä (University of Turku) at polymorfi@fysikaalinenfarmasia.fi. Please follow these instructions:

Poster exhibition is an integral part of the symposium program. The topic of the posters is not restricted - all of the poster contents should be in English. Due to the size of the poster stands (890 x 1200 mm), we recommend that the maximum size of the poster should be A0 (841 × 1189 mm). The poster stands are not name-tagged, so the poster presenter can hang the poster on any preferred stand. Please bring some pins/thumb-pins with you to attach the poster to the stand. Posters should be put up right after the registration, between 9:00-9:45 o'clock. The poster presenter should be available for questions at his/her poster at least after the lunch, i.e. 13:00-14:00 o'clock. Posters should be taken down after 18:00 o'clock. The best poster will be awarded with a cash prize (200 €) and a certificate! The poster jury will be formed by the invited speakers.
